8.7 Carlota travelled with family April 2023 We stayed in a 4-people room and it has been a perfect stay with enough storage and space for the four of us. The accommodation is located next to the access to the station and ticket offices and right in front of a supermarket. Although in times of little snow you have to walk to the access to the station, it is not much of a stretch and it is easily accessible. We had a clogged kitchen sink problem and they fixed it right away. Communication with Esquiades has been perfect, very agile whenever we have needed it.

Nos alojamos en una habitación de 4 personas y ha sido una estancia perfecta con almacenamiento y espacio suficiente para los cuatro. El alojamiento está situado al lado del acceso a la estación y taquillas y justo enfrente de un supermercado. Aunque en época de poca nieve hay que caminar hasta el acceso a la estación, no es mucho trozo y de fácil acceso. Tuvimos un problema de atasco en el fregadero de la cocina e inmediatamente nos lo solucionaron. La comunicación con Esquiades ha sido perfecta muy ágil siempre que lo hemos necesitado.

We have missed a larger and more comfortable common area to be able to enjoy time together without being in the room. The pool is fine but the water is rather cold and you don't feel like spending the afternoon in winter and also, it closes at 7pm. That the Wi-Fi is paid for is a shame and that the towels are not included and their price is €10 is an annoyance.

Hemos echado de menos una zona común más amplia y cómoda para poder disfrutar de tiempo juntos sin estar en la habitación. La piscina está bien pero el agua está más bien fría y no apetece pasar la tarde en invierno y además, cierra a las 19h. Que el wifi sea de pago es una pena y que las toallas no estén incluidas y su precio sea de 10€ es un fastidio.
