About the accommodation

Located in the heart of Pas de La Casa, you will find the apartments Els Avetsl and 300 metres from the slopes.

The apartments are simply and functionally decorated and include a lounge-dining area and a bathroom with toiletries. The kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Towels and bed linen are included in the rate.

The accommodation has apartments for 2 and 4 people.

You will not miss any service around the apartments, because being in the center, it has restaurants, bars, supermarkets and stores around.

For each apartment, a deposit of 150 euros must be left directly at the accommodation to cover possible damages. If the apartment is left in good condition, the amount will be refunded at the end of the stay.

Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

It is very important to call in advance if you plan to arrive at the apartments later than 18:30h, and ABOVE ALL,to let us know at what time you plan to arrive at the apartmentsat tel: 00376 855 481 (after 18:30h there is no more staff to answer the calls). If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, you will be charged a surcharge of 20€ (always giving 3 days notice).

The maximum arrival time at the apartments is 21h00. After that time you will not be able to check-in at the apartments since the apartments do not have a 24h reception.

The rates shown do not include the cleaning service. The end-of-stay cleaning service is available for a surcharge. Leaving the apartment uncleaned at the end of the stay will incur a surcharge of 50 €.

Deposit: The accommodation will ask for a deposit of 150 € per apartment (to be paid by credit card only). The deposit will be returned after checking the apartment, within 3 to 5 days, depending on the bank.
