Good location to the ski lifts, lockers available, rooms were comfortable, food was good.

The food buffet was awsome! The breakfast had fresh oringe juice machine, which is very rare even fi 4-star hotels. Dinner was also very various and good quality. They change the towels EVERY day. The location is right next to the main bus stop, so it’s convenient to use the shuttle from the airport!

There is no ventilation in the room and bathroom, so the moist and smell from the bathroom goes to the room, which is not nice. The walls are pretty thin, so it gets really noisy in the evening, it is not suited for light-sleepers. There aren’t enough electric outlets in the room. It is very dark in the room, the lights are all different. The staff don’t speak English, only French and Spanish, but we managed somehow. Otherwise it was okay.

The staff at Hotel Cal Ruiz were amazing and attentive, reception (Barbara) Bar staff (Adrián y Fran) the waiter (from Calella), the very friendly breakfast waitress from Portugal. Especially David the chef (from Santa Cruz,Ten). The food was really excellent. Thank you to you all.

The food was not so good on the night David wasn’t cooking. On the night David was not working, the food came out late and it was cold. Shame there is not consistency in the food.

The room was a good size and clean. For those reasons I’d recommend.

We paid half board and the only served lunch two night. I do understand they were quiet but we didn’t get what we paid for. Also they tried to charge us for the two nights…

Su ubicación considerando que nuestro sector para esquiar es Grau y no Pas. La habitación para 4 es amplia.

Somos una familia de 4 que todos los años en semana santa vamos a Grandvalira. Solemos repetir el hotel si nos gusta y esta es la segunda vez que reservamos en el hotel pero será la última. La cena es de calidad media-buena pero repetitivo todos los días en su mayoría de platos. Por otro lado este año acudieron a las cenas grupos alojados en otros hoteles que no tienen el servicio de cenas, por lo que el volumen de gente fue muy superior al de reposición de comidas por lo que en ocasiones tenias que esperar a que salieran los platos principales (pollo, albóndigas...) y cuando estos salían faltaban los complementos (patatas, pasta...). Este año fue un desastre.

La habitación estaba muy bien, amplia y moderna. La comida bastante buena aunque si vas muchos dias puede que resulte algo repetitiva.

Que no hay una zona comun donde estar una vez cerrado el restaurante para la cena. La insonorización de las habitaciones, nuestra experiencia en ese sentido fue muy mala, se escucha todo lo de la habitación de al lado y pasillo y en nuestro caso los vecinos fueron bastante maleducados y ruidosos.

El buffet está bien, la comida está buena y hay bastantes opciones . Hay mesa de postres con dulces, pero echábamos de menos helados, que suelen haber en todos los buffets. En el desayuno tienen una máquina de hacer zumos de naranja natural.

Habitaciones ruidosas. Había mucho movimiento de gente y nuestra habitación estaba en zona de paso. Además estaban de obras. Se echa de menos una zona común para poder estar tranquilo / tomando algo sin tener que estar en la habitación. En las habitaciones se echa mucho de menos que haya percheros… armario pequeño para 4 personas y más teniendo en cuenta que vamos con ropa de esquí.

El hotel cuenta con una buena ubicación y la comida nos pareció de buena calidad. La habitación es pequeña, pero suficiente si el objetivo principal es esquiar y pasar poco tiempo en ella. Además, valoramos positivamente el servicio de limpieza, ya que pasaban a diario y nos cambiaban las toallas con frecuencia.

Nos gustaría trasladar una queja formal sobre nuestra reciente estancia en su hotel: Durante el check-in no se nos informó en ningún momento de que las bebidas durante la cena se cobraban aparte. Esta condición tampoco aparece reflejada en nuestra reserva ni en la información previa recibida. De hecho, durante los dos primeros días de estancia no se nos cobraron las bebidas en la cena, lo que reforzó nuestra percepción de que estaban incluidas. Sin embargo, en la tercera noche se nos cobraron sin previo aviso, lo que nos generó sorpresa y bastante malestar. Además, en la noche siguiente se nos volvió a cobrar la misma bebida, pero con un precio diferente al del día anterior, lo que nos ha generado aún más desconfianza respecto a la política de precios aplicada. Comentamos esta situación en recepción, pero la respuesta recibida fue que no se había informado en el check-in, sin ofrecernos ninguna solución ni aclaración adicional. Consideramos que ha habido una falta de transparencia en la información proporcionada, así como una inconsistencia en los cobros, lo cual afecta negativamente a la experiencia del cliente. Agradeceríamos una explicación clara de lo sucedido, así como una revisión de los cargos aplicados.

La actitud del personal en el comedor. Apático, desinteresado. Solo se salvaba una chica portuguesa que siempre tenia buena actitud. El resto una actitud penosa. Y no hablo de que no hicieran su trabajo pero con una actitud no muy adecuada. No había muy buen rollo entre ellos mismos. Del hotel se podria mejorar en tener un hall o salón para despues de cenar tomar una copa o conversar

Os quartos, limpeza e pequeno almoço, são bons. O facto de não ter uma zona comum, ou bar é péssimo, bem como ter o guarda skis no 2º piso... péssimo. Também fica um pouco longe das pistas, para quem vai de botas de ski calçadas. Quando fiz a reserva disse que um dos quartos deveria ter camas separadas, dado que tenho um filho de 22 anos e uma filha de 16, e eles não gostam de dormir na mesma cama. Quando cheguei informei a recepção que é no refeitório (nunca tinha visto nada parecido), de que os quartos tinham ambos camas de casal, e que um deveria ser trocado. Disseram-me que iam tentar e que me diziam alguma coisa até ao dia seguinte, o que nunca aconteceu, nunca mais falaram comigo. A Net também é muito má, em 6 noites ficámos sem net em 3 dias, e dado não existir zonas comuns, nada mais à para fazer. Não volto.

El hotel general no está mal

Que no tenga una zona común donde puedas estar despues de cenar ya que ahora el comedor está junto con la recepción ke falta eso una zona con butacas para que puedas estar un rato despues de skiar que no sea la propia habitación, el comedor ahora es pequeño por los huéspedes que pueda tener en el hotel imponiendo turno para cenar impidiendo poder hacer otras actividades porque si no te quedas sin cenar

La comida de 10. Desayuno con mucha variedad, zumo natural de naranja ( todo un lujo), cena estupenda. Deberían ampliar los turnos : había un turno de 19h30 y otro a las 20h30, que nos obligaba a comer algo rápido. Pero con respecto a las comidas un 10.

Instalaciones sin zonas comunes ( si vas individual no hay problema pero si vas en grupo puede ser un problema)y habitaciones algo anticuadas pero limpias.

Trop peu de rangement dans la chambre, aucun dans la salle de bain. Ménage sous les mots laissant à désirer. On ́nous a annoncé une douche et une baignoire et nous ́avions qu'une baignoire dans laquelle on ne pouvait pas accrocher le pommeau de douche. Nourriture toujours pareille tous les soirs, on se laisse. L'hôtel est magnifique sur les photos mais pas à la hauteur en vrai. Trop loin des pistes.
