Reception and key handover: the reception is open from 17h to 20h. In case you are going to arrive later, you should contact them so that they can tell you how to proceed. Late arrivals are subject to surcharges: until 22:00h, no charge; from 22:01 to 00:00h, 20€; from 00:01 onwards, 35€.
Deposit: 150€ per apartment. The deposit must be paid by credit card. It will be returned once it is checked that the apartment is in good condition.
Cradles: 8€/day; 40€/week or 60€/fortnight (subject to availability upon arrival)
Towels: 10€/set. You can ask for it at reception.
Air conditioning (hot/cold): 11.50€/day; 55.50€/week; 92€/fortnight. Ask for it at reception.
Important information on air conditioning: if the appliance is portable, the surcharge will be per unit and night; in all other cases, the surcharge is per apartment and night.

This multi-building apartment complex is located in a quiet area, just 900 meters from the beautiful Las Fuentes beach, in Alcocéber, Castellón.
They are the perfect accommodation if what you are thinking of is spending a few days on the beach, enjoying the sun and the summer with your friends or family.
The apartments are distributed as follows depending on their capacity:
- Apartment 1 - sleeps 4: 1 double room (double bed or single beds) + living room with sofa bed + kitchenette + bathroom. Includes sheets and basic kitchenware, but not towels .
- Apartment 1 - 6 beds: 2 double bedrooms (double bed or single beds) + living room with sofa bed + kitchenette + bathroom. Includes sheets and basic kitchenware, but not towels .
If you want to take a dip and you don't like the beach, there is a large swimming pool in the complex, and both adults and children can enjoy it, since they have an area for them, great! It is also possible to sunbathe or rest in the shade in the garden that surrounds the establishment.
