Reception: from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you arrive after hours, you must contact the accommodation.
Breakfast: from 08:30h to 10:30h. During low occupancy periods, breakfast will be offered at the supermarket cafeteria instead of buffet. You can also pick it up and enjoy it at your accommodation.
Lunch hours: from 13:00h to 15:00h.
Dinner Schedule: from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Outdoor swimming pool: open from mid-April to mid-October approximately. Please note that the pool is not heated.
Animation: In low season, the accommodation guarantees entertainment on weekends. You can check the program upon arrival at the accommodation.
Safe in reception: €3.50/day.
Hair dryer: in case you do not have one in your accommodation, you can borrow one at the reception desk by paying a 20€ deposit.
Pets: this accommodation allows pets, upon request and availability, in some types of cabins: in the Maui C cabin, in the Ibiza cabin and in the Sunset Home cabin. The price is 12€ per night per pet. Please note that only one pet can be accommodated per accommodation.

The resort has a reception open from 08:00 to 22:00h.If your arrival will be after reception hours, you must notify the accommodation in advance so they can tell you how to check in. It also hasfree wificonnection, car park and free outdoor car park.
Its facilities are designed for you to enjoy a unique family holiday , since it has an outdoor pool with Water Slides (open in summer season) and fitness area for a fee, a restaurant, outdoor sports facilities, entertainment for children, miniclub and teenclub, plus a supermarket so you do not have to move, great!
The accommodation has different bungalows and studios equipped with air conditioning, cleaning kit, basic kitchenware, television, microwave, coffee maker and fully equipped bathroom with shower. Towels are changed every 4 days and sheets every 7 days. It does not offer daily cleaning, but it does include final cleaning.
Campsite Resort Alannia Els Prats 4* is located in Miami Platja, just in front of Rafià Beach and only 2.5km from the center of the town. We recommend you to walk around the port area of Cambrils and visit all its stores, it is located just 5km away! If you want to add adrenaline to your holiday you can not miss PortAventura Park, located just 21km away.
