DURING THE SUMMER OF 2019 TOWELS AND SHEETS ARE NOT INCLUDED. You can bring them from home or hire them at the reception of the real estate.
Set of apartments and studios distributed in Val Claret is located in Tignes-Val Claret, at the foot of the slopes. The location of the apartments / studios are to be confirmed and you will be confirmed at the time of arrival at the real estate (if you need us to advance the exact location you should contact us and we will do our best). The real estate will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same reserve to sign them in the same building, but it cannot be guaranteed , in case of not having availability in the same building it will be that you are located as close as possible.
The location and address of the website and on the confirmation voucher are from the real estate.
The residences where they will be staying will be either in SCHUSS Residence, SLALOM Residence, NEIGE D'OR Residence, CURLING Residence or TICHOT Residence, or similar , All of them at the foot of the Tignes Val Claret track.
Most of the apartments have free Wi-Fi in the room, but to ensure that your apartment has Wi-Fi, you need to contact us through the Contact Form, or by calling 902 091609.
Accommodation distribution:
- Studio occupancy 2 people (20 / 28m2) (TypeA) fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and dining room with sofa bed or bunk bed (studio not refurbished).
- Studio occupancy 3 people (30m2) (TypeB): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and dining room with sofa bed and folding bed.
- Studio occupancy 4 people (30m2) (Type B1): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and a bunk in the hallway.
- Apartment occupancy 4 people (36m2) (Type C) (1 room): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds or 1 double bed in the room and 2 beds or 1 double bed in the living room.
- Studio occupancy 5 people (36m2) (Type A2) fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed, 1 folding bed and a bunk in the hallway. (study not reformed)
- Apartment occupancy 5 people (41m2) (Type D): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 beds or 1 double bed in the room and 3 beds or 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the living room.
- Apartment occupancy 6 people (45m2) (Type F): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed, a room with a double bed or two single beds and a bunk in the hallway.
The apartments are managed by the real estate that we will provide once the reservation is made. When you arrive at the destination, the real estate agency will be in charge of providing you with the keys to your apartments.
Real Estate Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 08: 00h to 20: 00h
Sunday: 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In case of not being able to arrive before 7:00 p.m., you must call the real estate agency to agree on the delivery of keys. (the phone will be provided at the time of booking).
Deposit of € 300 per studio, apartments with up to 1 room € 450 and apartments from 2 rooms € 600, by credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.
Final cleaning not included. The accommodation must be left in good condition and clean, otherwise they would be charged directly from the deposit.
Animals: Pets are allowed on request. The cost is € 25 / week direct payment at the establishment.
Not included Tourist tax (French Government): € 0.99 per night and person (direct payment at destination).
Some of the detailed services may be paid. You can check their rates directly at the establishment. This information is subject to change by the accommodation.

"The situation, and the slopes are unbeatable, we're talking about one of the slopes of alpine skiing! A luxury to be there with these prices. Being able to go with my children in the pool or ice skating, after skiing, almost no price."

"The ski storage and the guardabotes are on the ground floor and you do not have to climb them. Reception very friendly. The good location and well connected to 250 meters take the lifts. The snow of the Grande Motte is spectacular and the extension of the infinite slopes. The apartment was large enough for four people and in good condition. There was a Wi-Fi connection, slow but you could download the mail."

"Excellent location !!!! Coming out of the goal you were already on tracks !!!! The very cozy studio, with everything you need, coffee maker, oven, etc ... The Lagoon pools are very good, you can go walking and you pass by of the lake and if not with the free buses that pass every ten minutes although snow. And of course the km and km of tracks !!!!"

"We were in the Le Slamom Building and the rooms were very good! A new and well equipped kitchen!"
"The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Too much heat inside the apartments. As a suggestion, I would tell them that they can regulate the heating from inside the room, because it is not sustainable to be in short sleeves in the middle of the hustle and even have to open the windows to acclimatize the dining room a bit! The staff as always very unpleasant at the time of checking out, but no longer surprised because every year is the same."
