The apartments are located in the town of Tignes Le Lac , at the foot of the slopes of the Tignes ski resort. The location of the apartments / studios are to be confirmed and you will be confirmed at the time of arrival at the real estate (if you need us to advance the exact location you should contact us and we will do our best). The real estate will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same reserve to sign them in the same building, but it cannot be guaranteed , in case of not having availability in the same building it will be that you are located as close as possible.
Right next to the accommodation you have access to the lifts that will allow you to access the slopes quickly and comfortably. You also have the Lagoon Pools next door.
With the 2 to 6 day ski pass for Espace Killy you will have an entrance to the Lagoon pools.
After skiing all day you can enjoy the commercial and leisure offer of the municipality.
The apartments are managed by the real estate that we will provide once the reservation is finished. When you arrive at the destination, the real estate agency will be in charge of providing you with the keys to your apartments.
The price of the indoor car park of the residence is approximately 75 euros per week.
Deposit of € 300 deposit by credit card in your name, where the charge of any damage detected will be authorized in writing.
Rates do not include: sheets, towels or stay rates required by the French government and final cleaning .

- Large studio for 4 people (26m 2 type 43): fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a cabin with canape for 2 people and TV, bunk in the hallway. With balcony, bathroom and separate toilet.
- * Apartment occupancy 6 people (Type 63) : fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room with sofa bed, room with 2 double or double beds and a bunk in the hallway.
Pets are allowed on request: Supplement per week € 30 (maximum 15kg).
