"We arrived and could not find our room, the hotel was full and there were no double rooms, they wanted to put us in two singles. So that in the end, they could change a person who was alone in a double to a single. I understand that everyone can make mistakes but you have to be more careful with reservations. TV in the room did not work. Information to get very bad in the ski lift passes, we made three tails down to the tail touched, sent us forth."
