"I have loved the attention of the reception staff, in particular Mrs. Valerie. The attention received by the Spa reception and its Physiotherapist (Cristina) have been exceptional. The level of the gastronomic offer on the menu has left me pleasantly surprised, not so much its breakfast buffet, I think with small changes they could offer more quality."
"The room staff has seemed to me that they are not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel staff, except for the Lord, I think it is the Maitre d ', since his attention was of total implication. I find it unprofessional to huddle around the kitchen entrance and make comments about customers when we are also listening to them. I think the hotel should make an investment in terms of facilities and material, in our room the water ran from the shower to the bathroom and one of the legs of the bed was bent, details that are not typical of a 4-star hotel."

"The hotel is very good, very cozy. Good services and good customer service at the reception. The rooms are spacious and clean, maybe the electrical part a bit old, sockets were missing. The first day it was cold in the room, being a central heating you could not graduate, but we were offered a heater very kindly. The small Spa but with the right amount of people, so it does not overwhelm and the massage great after skiing. We had dinner at both restaurants and everything very well, adapted for coeliacs, both the restaurant menu (maybe some vegetables are missing ... Salads or grilled seasonal vegetables) and the raclette restaurant highly recommended. Breakfast with a lot of variety."
