Apartments located in the town of Chamonix , a few meters from the access to the funiculars   from the ski resort.

When they arrive at their destination they should go to the real estate   We will provide you at the time of confirming the reservation. They will be responsible for providing you with the keys to your accommodation.

The location of the apartments / studios are to be confirmed and will be indicated at the time of arrival at the real estate (if you need us to advance the exact location you should contact us). The real estate will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same reserve to sign them in the same building, but it cannot be guaranteed , in case of not having availability in the same building it will be that you are located as close as possible.

The location and address of the website and on the confirmation voucher are from the real estate.

Real estate reception schedule:

It is open from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturdays open from 09.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. For arrivals later than 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, you should contact the real estate directly to inform you of the key collection.

Accommodation distribution according to capacity:

• Studios 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + folding + kitchen + bathroom.
• Apartment 4 people: Living room with sofa bed for two people + room with 2 beds or bunk beds for two people + kitchen + bathroom.
• Apartment for 6 people: A double room + double bunk beds + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom.

The price does not include: towels, sheets and tourist fees required by the French government. Nor the final cleaning.

Rates of stay:
5% of the final price of accommodation per person / night. Direct payment on arrival.

Deposit deposit:

- Studios 4 people € 400.

- Apartments 4 people € 600 per apartment.

- Apartments for 6 people € 800 per apartment.

By credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.
