Apartment complex distributed in Val Claret is located in Tignes-Val Claret, at the foot of the slopes. The exact location will be confirmed once you arrive at the destination.

The real estate will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same reserve to sign them in the same building, but it cannot be guaranteed , in case of not having availability in the same building it will be that you are located as close as possible.

The apartments are managed by the real estate that we will provide once the reservation is made. When you arrive at the destination, the real estate agency will be in charge of providing you with the keys to your apartments.

Real Estate Hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Saturday: 08: 00h to 20: 00h

Sunday: 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Deposit of € 600-800 by credit card where you will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that has been detected.

Final cleaning not included. The accommodation must be left in good condition and clean, otherwise they would be charged directly from the deposit.

Not included Tourist tax (French Government): € 0.99 per night and person (direct payment at destination).
