El Tarter Park Mountain Resort Apartments
The El Tarter Park Mountain Resort Apartments are located in the village of El Tarter. Only 400 metres away from the apartments guests will find the El Tarter cable-car, that accesses the Grandvalira ski resort. It is a very comfortable access that offers a free outdoor car park, ski lockers and it is easy to find different ski shops near this access.
The apartments offer free Wi-Fi at the reception. Some of the apartments have a dining room and / or a terrace, all of them have a television and an equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle. The distribution of the apartments is the following:
- 1-room Apartment (sleeps 2-4 people and its size is between 40 and 50m2), it has 1 bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and a living room with a sofa-bed.
- 1-room Apartment (sleeps 2-5 people and is 50m2) with 1 bedroom with a double bed (150cm), an extra bed and 1 sofa-bed in the living room.
- 1-room Loft (sleeps 2-5 people and its size is between 55 and 60m2), this type of apartment has a room with a double bed (150cm) and a living room with 2 double sofa-beds.
The apartments have a private indoor car park, the price has to be paid at the reception of the apartments in cash.
Deposit: 100 EUR per apartment in cash, the payment has to be done at the accommodation. Guests have to leave the apartment tidy and the kitchen clean, otherwise there is a 25 EUR fee.
Guests who are going to arrive after 7 pm must contact the accommodation in advance to notify the time of their arrival by calling the phone number that will be indicated on their confirmation voucher. The extra fees are the following: between 7 pm and 12 pm: 20 EUR and from 12 pm onwards: 50 EUR fee.
Some of the detailed services have to be paid at the accommodation. You can check your rates directly at the accommodation. This information is subject to change by the accommodation.

- Maximum weight: No weight limit!
- Price: 13 €/night and pet
- Guests have to notify in advance if they are going to travel with their pet. It can be done through the contact form on Esquiades.com.
- Check in: between 17:00 and 19:00h.

"Sophie is a charm! We have been staying very comfortable! The accommodation has everything and new. There was no oil or salt, and she offered it to us. The distance to tracks is very good. At night we have walked to l'Abarset. The heating works great. And you only have to take towels, sheets are given to you there. The wifi has worked well, enough for social networks, and it is appreciated. The parking entrance is covered, so the slope I suppose will not be filled with snow like in other apartments where we have been. We have been able to take our dog and we have finished delighted. We will return without hesitation. Of the best apartments we have been, although tiny, very very efficient. Everything is new, take care of it;)"

"Since we arrived at the apartment the staff took care to provide us with all kinds of necessary information about the facilities and access to the ski slopes, as well as the parking space and the ticket office to leave the snowboards. The only thing that was missing from our apartment was the coffee maker and they brought us a brand new one at once. All the appliances were new: the refrigerator, the dishwasher, the microwave and the oven, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with crockery and cooking utensils. The room and bathroom were luxurious, with a large and comfortable double bed and a large shower with a towel rack. In short, thanks to the staff and the characteristics of the apartment, as well as its proximity to the slopes, our stay in the apartment has been wonderful. I highly recommend it!"

"Newly renovated apartment, spacious enough for 5 adults, lots of light, well connected. Really everything you would expect from an apartment for a few days of skiing. Ah I left it, there are dishwashers! Parking and storage room available upon payment."

"The apartments are in good condition in general and the heating to go in winter, works very well."
"There is no warning in the reservation that the building has a main façade with views of the mountain of the tracks, and another rear façade that gives a concrete wall of horrific land containment almost as high as the building, to which fall half of the apartments (how it was our turn). It does not affect the interior quality of the apartment, but if in expectation of apartment with views that you expect, this should at least be advised in the reservation and differentiate one from the other. The garage ramp is quite uncomfortable with a large car."
