About the accommodation

Altissim Tetras Apartments

They are located at the foot of the slopes in the village of Pas de la Casa. Very close to the apartments there are several bars, restaurants and shops.

Studio with capacity for two people and apartments with capacity for up to 4 people.
It is equipped with a balcony, heating and a flat-screen TV. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

The collection of keys will be made in the real estate, you will have in your confirmation voucher the exact point of collection of keys.

VERY IMPORTANT
Reception hours:
• From 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If your arrival at the accommodation is after 7:00 p.m., you must necessarily call a number that we will provide you with in the information voucher to let you know where you should pick up the keys to your accommodation.

Upon arrival, a deposit of € 200 must be paid by credit or debit card, which is refunded after check-out once the condition of the accommodation has been checked.

Towels and sheets are included in the price.

Cleaning is not included in the rate and you must pay 30 euros at the time of check in as a deposit. Upon checking out, the condition of the apartments will be reviewed. If the apartments are clean, 30 euros will be refunded. If they are not in conditions, the accommodation will stay at least 30 euros of deposit.

At 32Kms is the capital, Andorra la Vella, where one of the most important commercial areas of the country is located, you can also go to the Caldea Spa Centre.

6.3 Iuliana travelled with family March 2019 Booked on Esquiades.com The apartment has excellent location, renovated, at the foot of the track, I recommend for small family of 2-3 pax. Check in and out pretty fast.

El piso tiene excelente ubicacion, reformado, al pie de la pista, recomiendo para familia pequeña de 2-3 pax. El check in y out bastante rápido.

The cleaning of the floor is "do it yourself". At the entrance was not clean, the bathroom without being able to use it until I got down to work ... I was offered the service but it was for the next day and not the same day of check in. We entered at 6:30 pm after 9h of travel, between the luggage to go up, go to dinner and it was 9pm when I realized that I have to clean .. The sofa to use as a bed is a little uncomfortable as it does not have slats under the mattress and it sinks in the middle. Bunk beds have a mattress protection that makes noise as you move. I recommend a change of pillows since the ones that are there are just cushions and very uncomfortable to sleep on. An extra towel for the shower floor would be a plus. The noise of especially English tourists is tremendous! Total lack of respect towards others, but that is not the fault of the floor agency. Next you have to call the police.

La limpieza del piso es “ háztela tu misma”. En entrada no estaba limpio, el baño sin poder usarlo hasta que no me puse manos a la obra.. me ofrecieron el servicio pero era para el día siguiente y no el mismo día de check in. Entramos a las 6:30pm después de 9h de viaje, entre el equipaje a subir, ir a cenar ya eran las 9pm cuando me di cuenta que tengo que limpiar.. El sofá para usarlo como cama es un poco incómodo ya que no tiene tablillas debajo del colchón y se hunde en el medio. Las literas tienen una protección de colchón que hace ruido según te mueves. Recomiendo un cambio de almohadas ya que las que son allí son solo cojines y muy incómodos para dormir. Una toalla extra para el suelo de la ducha sería un plus. El ruido de los turistas especialmente Ingléses es tremendo! Falta de respeto total hacia los otros, pero eso no es culpa de la agencia del piso. La próxima hay que llamar la policia.
