What does this extra include?

Includes 1 2-hour entrance to the Balnéa baths.
Includes access to the sauna and hammam.

The assigned day of the entrance is the day after the hotel check-in.

What does Balnéa offer?

The Balnéa center is located in the village of Génos, in the village of Loudenvielle, in the Hautes-Pyrénées, 50 km southeast of Bagneres-de-Bigorre.

Near the Génos lake at the foot of the ski resorts of Peyragudes and Val Louron, Balnéa is a resort dedicated to relaxation and well-being whose basins are supplied with thermal water.

An extension of over 4,000 m², it includes several themed areas: Native American baths, Roman baths, Japanese baths, Inca and Mayan bath offering suites of decorations and architectures dedicated Jacuzzis, hydro jets, waterfalls, but also swimming pools. Some facilities are open and most of the spaces allow you to enjoy magnificent views of the nearby mountains.

Note also that some or bathing facilities are for adults, but a pool of 100 m² itself is dedicated to families.

Access to the baths is for a maximum of 2 hours. Extra hours will be charged at 6 € per person per additional half hour.

The public can also benefit from care for health or aesthetics provided by professionals and access to a restaurant and which is also located in the center of the same store.

Travelling with children?

Children from the age of 9 months are accepted: bath diapers are provided and are included in the children's price (up to 3 years old). Children under 15 years of age are not admitted alone; children between 12 and 14 years of age have access to the Amerindian, Roman, Japanese and Mayan areas in the presence of a responsible adult. Reception staff will give them a colored wristband to authorize them to pass between the different areas. Children under 12 only have access to the Amerindian, Inca and Mayan areas, and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

What are the spa hours?

Winter season hours.

Every day from 10:30 am to 7:45 pm.

Hours for the rest of the season (not winter) low season

Every day from 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm

What should I wear?

Men should wearswimming trunks (briefs),beach shorts and trousers are not allowed. Swimwear can be purchased on site (16 €/swimsuit for men, 16 €/swimsuit for women).

Towels are not included, you can bring your own or rent them directly there.

If you do not bring a towel, flip-flops, swimsuit or bathing cap, they must be purchased.or bathing cap must be purchased at the reception of Balnéapaying a surcharge.

Children under 3 years old must wear a diaper swimsuit.
