4-people car rental group B (Seat Ibiza, Fiat Punto, Opel Corsa or similar)

What does the rate include?

- Group B car rental service (Seat Ibiza, Fiat Punto, Opel Corsa or similar).

- The capacity of the car is 4 people.

- Unlimited mileage.

- Local tax.

- Additional driver: option to provide an additional licensed driver to drive the hired vehicle.

- Fully comprehensive insurance without excess SCDW.
* Please note that the following exclusions apply to the "fully comprehensive insurance without excess": i) Misuse of the vehicle (understanding such concept in the broadest possible way, taking into account that such misuse may cause damage to the vehicle); ii) Claims produced by drivers who test positive for alcohol and/or narcotics or who are under the symptoms thereof; iii) Claims produced by drivers who test positive for alcohol and/or narcotics or who are under the symptoms thereof; iii) Claims produced by drivers who test positive for alcohol and/or narcotics or who are under the symptoms thereof.iii) Damage caused to tires, rims and the interior of the vehicle's passenger compartment; iv) Damage, damage or odors that may derive from smoking inside the vehicle (smoking inside the vehicle is expressly prohibited). Consequently, any damage or harm derived from any of the situations described above shall be paid by the customer. Likewise, in case of an accident and if it is necessary to process any type of private or administrative report and/or document, the service provider may charge the customer a maximum amount of 50€ -all ofit for administrative expenses.

- Theft (TP) and occutrousers (PAI) insurance. The coverage of these insurances is fixed by the company in charge of providing the rental service (detailed information can be found on the service confirmation voucher).IMPORTANT: only the theft of the vehicle will be considered as theft if the customer renting the services is able to return the key of the rented car and can prove that the corresponding complaint has been filed.

- To leave the country with the car:if you want to use the vehicle in any of the countries specified in the section "Leaving the country with the vehicle" of the specific conditions, you may cross the borders of Spain (unless otherwise indicated), by paying the International Coverage at the moment of picking up the car. Please note that the transfer of the vehicle between the mainland and the islands (regardless of the country), as well as to the cities of Ceuta and Melilla is not allowed.

- Contracted time: the hiring of the vehicle is made for periods of 24 calendar hours, computed from the determined time of pick up to the determined time of delivery of the vehicle (both are detailed in the voucher of confirmation of services). In case of late return of the vehicle there will be a penalty to be paid by the customer.In case of late return of the vehicle there will be a penalty to be paid by the customer, and in addition to this penalty there will be a day's rental fee (to be paid directly at the company's counter).

As an example, if the car is delivered at 15:00h, on the day of return, the return will have to be at 15:00h at the latest (in blocks of 24 hours).

• If you travel 2 nights --> 48 hours of contracted rental service (2 full days)
• If you travel 3 nights --> 72 hours of contracted rental service (3 full days)
• If you travel 4 nights --> 96 hours of contracted rental service (4 full days)
• If you travel 5 nights --> 120 hours of contracted rental service (5 full days)

- VERY IMPORTANT: once the booking is made, an Esquiades.com operator will contact the customer to specify in detail certain information of the booking: where and when the pick up and return of the vehicle will take place, etc.

What is not included in the rate?

- Fuel: as a general rule, the service provider will deliver the vehicle full of fuel and the customer must return the vehicle full of fuel. However, it is possible that the service provider may provide different fueling options, the customer can consult them at the counter of the car rental company, once the vehicle is picked up. In case of not returning the fuel vehicle when the contracted rate so requires, the service provider will charge a penalty to the customer for non-compliance with conditions.

- Damage to rims, tires or the interior of the vehicle's passenger compartment, as well as any damage caused by the reasons listed in the insurance exclusions that are duly referenced in the comprehensive insurance established in this descriptive text.

- Deliveries and pick-ups outside the office.

- Any extra not specified in this section.

Conditions of contracting, collection of vehicles, deposits and guarantees

- Minimum age of drivers: 21 years old with 1 year of seniority in driving license for the rental of vehicles of groups B and C. Any driver under 25 years of age will be charged a surcharge to be paid at the time of pick-up. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and present the original document at the car rental company's counter. In case the car is rented by non-European Union citizens, it will be necessary for them to present the original international driver's license document at the counter of the car rental company, not being valid the specific document of each country of origin.

- At the moment of picking up the vehicle, the drivers will be asked to show their identity document as well as their driving license to validate their data (the documents must be the originals). Likewise, before the delivery of the vehicle, the holder of the booking will be required to show the credit card requested (debit or prepaid cards are not valid) in order to validate his data.

- The customer will always be asked for a credit card (not valid debit or prepaid card) to take a guarantee for gasoline and guarantee for possible late return. The amount blocked as guarantee will be more or less 200€. It will be essential that the holder of the booking presents a valid credit card to formalize the booking.This amount fixed as guarantee will be blocked, that is to say, the money will be retained in the customer's own account -without being able to be used- until it is verified that the deposit should not be executed according to the general and particular contracting conditions.

- The credit card requested must be owned by the customer; the use of credit cards of a different ownership than the customer who makes the booking of the vehicle is not allowed. In addition, it must be taken into account that the credit card provided must have sufficient funds to cover the amount of the deposit. Otherwise, the reserved vehicle will not be delivered and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid in advance.

- In case of failure to provide the mandatory documentation at the time of delivery of the vehicle (driver's license, ID/passport and credit card), the rental company reserves the right to cancel the booking and may apply 100% cancellation costs.

Cancellations and modifications

- It will be allowed to cancel the booking with the following costs, depending on how far in advance the cancellation of the booking is formalized:

• From 3 days before the start of the booking: 100% cancellation costs.
• Cancellations must be formalized through Esquiades.com.

- Modification: It will be allowed to amend the booking up to 48 hours before the start date of the holiday. With less than 48 hours notice, 100% of the booking will be charged. Modifications must be formalized through Esquiades.com.

Any of the above mentioned extras must be contracted directly at the time of vehicle pick up. These extras will be offered according to availability.
