The Els Llacs Apartaments are located in Bordes d'Envalira. These apartments opened in December 2008 and are equipped with modern comforts and technologies to guarantee a warm and unforgettable stay.
They won the prize for the best Tourist Apartment in Andorra in 2013 and 2014 (World Ski Awards).
The perfect location allows guests to access the Grandvalira ski resort and access the Soldeu and Grau Roig sectors in just a few minutes because they are only 2 km from the apartments. Furthermore, the accommodation has a free shuttle service to the ski slopes.
The apartments have a free spa area with 1 sauna, 1 indoor jacuzzi, 1 outdoor jacuzzi, a gym and a Turkish Bath.
Types of apartments
- 1-room Apartment (sleeps 2 people): 1 double room + bathroom + fully-equipped kitchen and living room.
- 1-room Apartment (sleeps 4 people): 1 double room, a double sofa-bed in the living room + 1 bathroom + 1 fully-equipped kitchen.
- 2-room Apartment (sleeps 5 people): 1 double room, 1 single room and a double sofa-bed in the living room + 1 bathroom + 1 fully-equipped kitchen.
- 3-room Apartment (sleeps 8 people): 1 double room (with bathroom) + 1 double room + 1 room with 2 single beds + 1 bathroom + a doble sofa-bed in the living room + fully equipped kitchen.
- 4-room Apartment (sleeps 10 people): 1 double room (with bathroom) + 1 double room + 2 rooms with 2 single beds each + 1 bathroom + a doble sofa-bed in the living room + fully equipped kitchen.
All the apartments have:
- Electric blinds, heating with independent thermostat.
- Small desk, a telephone with an automatic alarm clock, a safe.
- Terrace or balcony with mountain views.
- Plasma screen television and DVD player in the rooms, and small plasma TV in all rooms (satellite and information channel of the Principality)
- Sheets, duvet, blankets.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped: kitchen tools, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker, Nesspreso coffee machine, dishwasher and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom:
Hydromassage bathtub, bathroom amenities (shampoo, gel, soap), hair dryer, scales, bathrobes and towels, bath slippers.
Accommodation reception hours:
• From Monday to Sunday: from 8 am to 11 pm.
Check-in: from 4pm to 11pm
Check-out: from 8am to 11am
Guests who plan to arrive after 8pm should call the reception of the apartments to let them know. The phone number will be on the confirmation voucher that we will send.
Deposit: You will be asked to leave your credit card details or a deposit of 150€ in cash and sign a document where you authorise the accommodation to charge you for any damages.

"The bed rested very well, little noise, the Spa, perfect, 4 things, but functional and with great views, the warmth in the rooms. Very well located to go to soldeu (2kms) or Gran Roig"
"This is not the fault of the Hotel, but several days passed the police, and fined all the cars on one side of the street and the other, although they did not interrupt the traffic, they were badly parked. "Finishes of 1a. The excellent details, nothing was missing. Very acceptable water area with magnificent views. Access from room to guard and parking is easy with the elevator."

"In general everything. The treatment of excellent lluis bothered to change the apartment just suggest it. The excellent cleaning, the complete equipment, the quality of all the equipment very good. The location for skiing in Grau Roig unbeatable allows you to return to the apartment by car in 3 min. And go back to skiing before they close tracks. Jacuzzi and sauna small but very quiet. If you order bread or pastries for breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning you have it hanging on the door. Surely we return."

"If the trip you are planning to ski, you will not find a better place. Bakery service at home for breakfast, transfer to the slopes, has a snow park that you can see from the window open until 9:00 p.m., and as if it were a free spa for after each session. Little more can be asked."

"Luis, the receptionist at the end tried to help us to change our apartment. The spa was very well conditioned and clean."
"Upon arrival we were given an apartment with a single room (with a kind of loft that was accessed by a portable staircase that in some way was on the double bed) that was not even for six adults that is what we had hired. After arguing we got them to change our room. There was no way to contact the esquiades link, or that is what the hotel manager did not say. According to the aparthotel the transfer of tracks on Sunday was not included despite the fact that we paid the two days of parking"
