- the closing of the Windsor Mercure bar in the evening, it is much warmer and more convivial than the Novotel bar. - TOO high price of the hotel car park. - the jacuzzis deserve a more rigorous maintenance, too many various deposits noticed in its bottom. For this, require more to go to the showers before using them, just like for the other poles. Similarly, too many people leave the hammam or sauna (after sweating) to go directly to the swimming pool or the jacuzzis…. without going through the shower!!! The instructions may not be explicit enough?!
- la fermeture du bar Windsor Mercure le soir, celui-ci est nettement plus chaleureux et convivial que le bar du Novotel. - tarif TROP élevé du parking de l’hôtel. - les jacuzzis mériteraient un entretien plus rigoureux, trop de dépôts divers remarqués dans son fond. Pour cela, exiger davantage de passer aux douches avant de les utiliser, tout comme pour les autres pôles. De même, trop de personnes sortent du hammam ou du sauna (après avoir transpiré) pour aller directement à la piscine ou aux jacuzzi…. sans passer par la douche !!! Les consignes ne sont peut être pas assez explicites ?!

Hotel very old, needs renovation ASAP, one elevator did not work and the other failed one day. Rooms very old that need renovation on all levels. Bathrooms very very small. Wifi very weak, always disconnecting and with poor reach.
