About

The Résidence Cami Réal 4 * is located 300 meters from the thermal baths and the cable car, in the heart of the ski resort of Saint Lary Soulan. It is close to the tracks, spas, restaurants and shops of the town.

The residence has 102 rooms with basic kitchen with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You will also have a sofa bed and living room. The apartments have flat screen TVs but access to the channels is only possible on payment of a supplement at the hotel reception. 

 

The distribution is as follows:

 

Studio for 3 people BAQ (33m2): living room with one bed + 2 bunk beds / a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and balcony / 1 bathroom that is separated.

One room apartment for 4 people BBF (30-37m2): a living room with 1 sofa bed or 2 beds, 1 room with 1 double bed or 2 single beds or bunk beds / a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and balcony / 1 bathroom with bath or shower and toilet.

Apartment 1 bedroom + alcove - 6 people BBT (39-45m2): living room with kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, balcony or terrace / 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet / 1 bedroom with double bed or two single beds and 1 bedroom (at the entrance) with 2 bunk beds (or 1 single and 1 armchair bed) and a sofa bed in the living room or 2 beds.

Apartment 2 rooms - 6 people BCF (49-52m2): 1 living room with sofa bed or 2 beds / kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and balcony / 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds / 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

Apartment 2 bedrooms + alcove - 8 people BCT (52-65m2): Living room with 1 sofa bed or 2 beds / kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and balcony or terrace / 2 rooms with 1 double bed or 2 beds individual or bunk beds / 1 alcove with 2 bunk beds / 1 or 2 bathrooms with separate WC (for the majority).

Apartment 3 rooms + alcove - 10 people BEF (65-79m2 duplex): living room with sofa bed or 2 beds / kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and a balcony / 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds / 1 room with 2 bunk beds / 1 alcove with 2 bunk beds / 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower and two toilets.

Apartment 4 bedrooms + alcove - 12 people BEQ (109m2 duplex): Living room with 1 sofa bed / Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven and a balcony / 4 bedrooms: 1 King or 2 single beds, alcove with 2 bunk beds / 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 WC.

 

Important: sheets and towels are not included in the price. You can bring them yourself or rent them at your destination

 

In this residence you will find an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. The wifi connection in the common areas is free, you can also have wiffi in the rooms paying a small supplement.

 

Not Included (direct payment upon arrival):

  • Tourist tax not included, from 13 years old: 1.40€ / person / night
  • Security deposit per apartment of € 260 and between € 42 and € 168 (the amount varies depending on the size of the apartment) for bail for cleaning.
