"The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness in the rooms. It has a great terrace with mountain views. The breakfast quite good. It takes 30 min to reach the sixth parking of Formigal but it is a pleasant road with beautiful views. We did not catch any traffic jam. You have shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It parks very easy, we at the door every day."
"The WiFi did not work well. The sound insulation of the walls is bad, but I assure you that if you are going to ski then you fall for granted and you don't even hear the minimum noise. It is a family and quiet hotel so there is not much noise."

"The hotel wifi almost did not let connect. Very very slow and another thing that I saw very annoying was the level of soundproofing in the hotel. In the room you could hear everything even the very short conversation of the people from the other rooms. Even the sound of the shower, the footsteps in the hallway or any noise."

"In general everything very good, spacious and very clean rooms. The heating very well is not cold and you can regulate. The breakfast is fine has dairy, cereal, sausage and pastries buffet."
