About
The Hotel Catalunya *** is located in the town of Pas de la Casa. In winter, its location is excellent for skiing: it is only 50m from the ski lifts that give access to the Pas de la Casa - Grandvalira ski area.
In summer, Pas de la Casa is a very lively mountain town. It combines the fresh mountain air with an urban centre full of shops, it has a shopping centre and even a sports centre (with water activities, Jacuzzi, fitness etc).
The recently renovated hotel has 46 rooms, which can be double (with a double bed or two single beds), holidayle (with three single beds) or quadruple (with a double bed and two single beds).
If you go skiing, you will like to know that it has free ski storage (with a € 5 deposit that will be returned to you). Although it does not have its own car park, there is a blue zone in front of the hotel and a public car park lot just 150m away.
It has Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and computers with internet connection at reception. In its restaurant you can enjoy lunch and dinner.

"Rooms were good, clean and warm. A bit for the smaller size but still comfortable. Perfect hotel if you want a clean and comfortable room for a skiing vacation. Close to lifts and to restaurantes, bars and shopping centers."
"Breakfast food is very simple, more verity would be good. You have to enter by the back door if have ski boots which makes it 100 more meters to walk. But since the hotel is pretty close it isn’t too much of a hassle."

"The proximity to the track, but the ski guard is in the back which makes it uncomfortable"
"Breakfast and dinner of poor quality and little variety. We went with children and they didn't eat dinner any night. Bad management by the hotel staff to act in front of a large group of scandalous guests. I would definitely not recommend it, nor will I return to that hotel. Too expensive for the services it offers"

"They are very prepared for people with gluten intolerance. All you have to do is indicate it on the reservation and they tell you everything they can prepare for you. I have been delighted and very well attended. I recommend it to everyone. It is also next to tracks."
