About the accommodation

Located in the Pyrenees, in Pla de Masella, just 50 meters from the Masella ski resort.

The Abrigall Hostel Masella opened its doors in 2002 and has a 24-hour reception, a cafeteria, a restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, multipurpose bedrooms with TV and a games room. The accommodation has Wi-Fi connection.

It has a total of 45 bedrooms, spread over 3 floors with different layouts. All of them have bunk beds, a a fully-equipped bathroom with shower, television, individual lockers and central heating, as well as room service. They also provide sheets and towels.

Its location is ideal to enjoy a few days of snow. Just 7 km from the accommodation you will find a golf course and the bus stop.

La ubicación del hotel
It is a hostel for schools with what that entails, food of battle, little variety, the second day we went to eat a sandwich at the track bar, everything dry and the same as the day before, cold in the room and after complaining the solution was to give us one more blanket, there is no soap for the shower or gel or hair dryer and no remote control for the TV, the best thing is not to come back and if after reading this you go then you know what there is, I would have liked to find an opinion that Tell the truth before you go.
Es un albergue para colegios con lo que ello conlleva, comida de batalla, poca variedad, el segundo día fuimos a comernos un bocadillo al bar de pistas, todo seco y lo mismo del día anterior, frío en la habitación y después de quejarnos la solución fue darnos una manta más, no hay jabón para la ducha ni gel ni secador y ni mando para la tele, lo mejor es no volver y si después de leer esto vas pues ya sabes lo que hay, ya me hubiera gustado encontrar una opinión que dijera la verdad antes de ir.

El trato con los trabajadores, un poco inexpertos, fue cordial. Son atentos y le ponen muchas ganas para que todo salga bien. La ubicación es excelente.
The comfort of the beds: the mattresses sink, they should be renewed (we were in a room of 6 and it was not something casual, they were all the same). The food requires more attention: both in the variety (they do not offer any hot products at breakfast) and in the cooking (sometimes, hard food).
La comodidad de las camas: los colchones se hunden, habría que renovarlos ( estuvimos en una habitación de 6 y no fué algo casual, todos estaban igual). La comida requiere mayor atención: tanto en la variedad (no ofrecen ningún producto caliente en el desayuno) como en la cocción ( en ocasiones, comida dura).

Personal amable, ubicación,zonas amplias y limpias, lavabo mas que correcto
Buffet breakfast is fair. Queues to checkout. You should be required to pay tourist taxes at the entrance. So when leaving, leaving the cards would be enough.
Buffet desayuno es justo. Colas para hacer el checkout. Debería ser obligado pagar las tasas turisticas a la entrada. Asi al salir con dejar las tarjetas seria suficiente.

El personal EXCELENTE, tanto los recepcionistas, el personal de limpieza y como no el siempre atento Pedrito del comedor. La comida del fin de semana muy buena calidad/precio, el jueves bastante más floja. La cercanía a pistas es insuperable.
