About the accommodation

Located in the center of Andorra la Vella, capital of Andorra.

The hotel is perfect for families and couples and its location couldn't be better. It has air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, indoor car park (for a fee). There's also a free luggage and ski storage service.

The rooms are carefully decorated and have free wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, television, telephone, safe (free) and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer and amenities.

There are many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance to the hotel. If you want to relax, the Caldea Spa Centre is 1.7 kilometers away on foot. It's the largest spa in Europe!

8.8 Judit travelled in family June 2022 Very nice rooms and very comfortable beds. It has a small gym open from 06:30 to 21:00. The dinner buffet is quite complete and helpful. The location is great.
La atención de todo el personal fue excelente. El bufet de cena bastante completo y servicial. La ubicación está genial.
It seems that they are not interested in the reservation being made through Esquiades since to have a room with beds and not a sofa bed we had to pay an upgrade of €20/day, the same with the spa which is €15/ person and if you had made the reservation with them, it would be €5/person, they did not have suttle service either, as it was low season, I say all this because if they are not interested in management with Esquiades, let them say so and the management of Esquiades should take note.
Parece que no les interesa que la reserva se haga a través de Esquiades ya que para disponer de una habitación con camas y no con sofá cama tuvimos que pagar un upgrade de 20€/día, lo mismo con el spa que es de 15€/persona y si lo hubieras realizado la reserva con ellos, sería de 5€/persona, tampoco disponían de servicio de suttle, como era temporada baja, digo todo esto porque si no les interesa la gestión con Esquiades que lo digan y la gerencia de Esquiades debería de tomar nota.

That the SPA service is charged, as it is not considered a SPA, because children can enter and there is always noise. We have been going to this hotel for 4 years now and we have never been charged for this service. We consider that a 5 star hotel must have a free swimming pool

The entrance and exit of the car park have the same access. They usually roll good firecrackers.

The price of parking is a bit expensive to be a hotel customer. I think they should think about not charging it as it is a five-star hotel.
