Modern apartment in Chatel with fantastic views is located in Châtel, 38 km from Evian Masters Golf Club, 45 km from Train station Montreux, as well as 41 km from Chillon Castle. Housed in a building dating from 1995, this apartment is 43 km from the Musée National Suisse de l'audiovisuel. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette with an oven and a microwave, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 2 bathrooms equipped with a walk-in shower. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. The accommodation is non-smoking. Skiing, cycling and hiking are possible within the area, and the apartment offers ski storage space.
Price includes: heating, electricity, water, WiFi, snow clearance of the communal drive way & parking spaces (subject to spaces being empty when snow plough arrives), and cleaning of communal areas in the building. Not included: bed linen (sheet, duvet cover & pillowcase), towels and tea towels. There are no facilities for charging Electric Vehicles at our apartment. **THE APARTMENT BLOCK CANNOT COPE WITH THE POWER DEMAND** There are 2 public charging points in the centre of Châtel, and a TESLA charging point in Chapelle D'Abondance. As is the custom in France, you will need to clean the apartment before you leave and cleaning materials are provided. However, if you would prefer not to clean the apartment yourself on departure, I can arrange for my Agent in Châtel to do it at a cost of 75 euros. Please let me know and I will endeavour to arrange cleaning, but it may not be possible for peak periods if insufficient notice is given. The cleaning charge can be deducted from the security deposit. If you decide to clean it yourself, we reserves the right to deduct a cleaning charge from the security deposit if it has not been done satisfactorily. Also, I can put you in touch with a local linen company, they charge around 20 Euros per person and around 20 Euros for delivery and collection.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
