However, if you would prefer not to clean the apartment yourself on departure, I can arrange for my Agent in Châtel to do it at a cost of 75 euros. Please let me know and I will endeavour to arrange cleaning, but it may not be possible for peak periods if insufficient notice is given. The cleaning charge can be deducted from the security deposit. If you decide to clean it yourself, we reserves the right to deduct a cleaning charge from the security deposit if it has not been done satisfactorily.
