Going down the same track, to say enough, is what HEAD SKI proposes next Saturday, January 20 , at the ski resort of Sierra Nevada .
The competition follows the same characteristics of the already emblematic 'HEAD 12h Masella': the participants who come to the resort in Granada should get as many descents as possible during 12 hours. And they will have to do it by a single path, lit during the night hours.
Head 12h Sierra Nevada consists of a continuous descent down a track closed especially for this event. That is to say, the objective of the competition is to make the greatest number of descents in the total time of 12 hours.
The teams can be 1, 2 or 3 participants. Only one member of the team will ski; the rest will be reserve for relays. The groups can manage the time and strategy of stops to their liking, but they should always go through the electronic control points, which will count the number of drops.
The cost of the competition, which will take place on January 20, is 50 euros. The price includes the specific pass for the race, accident insurance, supplies, a gift and refreshments during the awards ceremony. Click here for more information.
