The Astún Valley ski resort is located in the Aragonese Pyrenees, exactly in the municipality of Jaca. This snow destination owes its popularity to its privileged orientation, which protects the tracks from strong currents of wind, and its terrain, since its slopes are covered with natural grass, which ensures the presence of snow from the first days of the season.
As for its technical data, Astún has a total of 60 ski slopes of all levels, and a total of 50 km ski area. In addition, another of the attractions of the station is that all the tracks converge at the same point: the core of the station.
This Aragonese station of great beauty has tracks for all levels. Also, their tracks are known as the white highways, as they are very, very wide and fast.
If you are a debutant, the perfect area for you will find it in the middle part of the station. It is little traveled, so you can learn calmly and without fear of colliding with another skier. In total, you have at your disposal 5 green and 18 blue tracks for when you already know how to handle your skis.
Astún is a station that hooks: from all the ski lifts there is always some blue track that goes down to the base of the station. If your level is intermediate or you are more experienced, 21 red and 6 black tracks are ready to challenge you. All of them are spacious and well signposted, so you will enjoy a lot.

This station of the Aragonese Pyrenees offers all the necessary services for the visitor:
- A great area for sledding: so that you slide down the slope and you feel like a child or so that your children enjoy the snow in another way.
- 2 ski schools: as if you want to start in the world of skiing, or if you want to improve your technique. Astún offers 100 teachers so they can help you in the skiing and snow mode.
- If you do not have skis or a snowboard to start your snow day, you have to choose between 5 sports shops and equipment rental, as well as a supermarket at the foot of the slopes, in case you want to buy your own food or to prepare it in your apartment.
- To recharge your energy reserves, we recommend that you visit the cafeteria-restaurant, with a terrace with an impressive solarium and wonderful views. And to drink something between going down and going down with friends, you have two bars, also with a terrace.
All the passes are delivered in a hands-free card format, for which a deposit of € 3 / card will be required, this amount will be refunded at the time the card is returned.
Children aged between 0 and 5 years old (included) have to pay € 9 at the ticket office of the ski resort for ski pass, ski insurance and a menu (equivalent to half adult menu, approximately). In addition, they will have to pay, as adults, the 3 € deposit for the pass card (you must prove with an official document the age of the child at the box office).

The Astún ski resort is preparing the installation of a new ski lift in the area called Prado Blanco. It is aimed at beginner skiers, and has been commissioned to the French company IDM, which distributes the AXET brand in southern Europe.
