What exactly does this mean? Quite simple: Should the ski resort delays its opening or closes completely due to lack of snow, you will be able to amend or cancel your booking without any cost!

In order to benefit from our snow guarantee, the following requirements must be met:

- Our snow guarantee is available for accommodations in the following ski resorts:

❄ Ski resorts in Andorra: Vallnord Pal-Arinsal, Grandvalira and Ordino-Arcalís.

❄ The ski resorts in the Aragonese Pyrenees: Formigal, Panticosa, Astún and Candanchú and Cerler.

❄ The ski resorts in the Catalan Pyrenees: Boí Taüll ski resort, La Molina, Vall de Núria, Port Ainé, Espot, Tavascan, Port del Comte, Masella and Alp 2500.

❄ Sierra Nevada ski resort.

- Our guarantee covers you from the moment the ski resort issues an official written announcement indicating that they are postponing their scheduled opening and will remain completely closed.

- Your ski pass must fall within one of the following periods:

❄ Start of ski season 2023-2024: November 18 to December 22, 2023.

❄ End of 2023 ski season: March 15 to April 14, 2024.
