Why visit Caldea at night?

Relax after a day of skiing or adventure in Andorra!

Discover a new way to get to know this magnificent thermoludic center after a day of skiing in Andorra or walking. Imagine relaxing in the warm waters while watching the stars, amazing!

Did you know that the waters spring at 68ºC from the Escaldes-Engordany spring and are famous for their multiple properties? Treatments with thermal waters are very beneficial as well as pleasant: they will provide you with an antalgic, healing, decongestant and anti-allergic action.

On the other hand, in the outdoor lagoons of Caldea you will unwind in the moonlight. It will be your moment. While in the indoor facilities you can enjoy jacuzzis, indorromanos baths, thermal fitness, Icelandic bath, sirocco bath, aquamassage, saunas and much more.

When will you be able to access Caldea?

Night entrance to Caldea Spa Centre for3 hours(3 last hours of opening of the center).
The access to Caldea will take place the day after the hotel check-in, except for one-night bookings, in which case the entrance must be done the same day of the beginning of the holiday.
Access is valid:
- With access at 21:00 hours when Caldea closes at 23:59 hours.
- With access at 19:30h hours when Caldea closes at 22:00 hours.

Is there any date where you will not be able to access?

Caldea Spa Centre will be closed on the following days:

On December 25 there is a total closure of the center.
You will not be able to access the 24 + 31 December as the center closes at 20:00 hours.
From April 11 to June 16, the center will be closed for maintenance.
From April 2 to July 12 (both dates included), the center will be closed for maintenance.
The Caldea - INÚU adult-only center will remain open during this period, any type of entrance to the center will be for 3 hours and not 4 hours, with the special price already applied to the booking.

Travelling with children? Important!

For safety reasons, children under 5 years of age are not allowed to enter the center. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 must present proof of age and must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult for every three children).
All people less than 1.30 m. tall must enter with arm floats.
For hygienic reasons, people with external wounds or a bandaged or plastered body member are not allowed.

Conditions of access and use:

Print your wristband at the autocheck-in kiosks.
Show proof of age for all members of visiting groups and present it at the reception desk.
Go to the turnstiles, bring your wristband close to the sensor and enter.
Pick up your bathing equipment: towel, bathrobe and flip-flops (service excluded for school groups).
Put your belongings in the locker and lock it with the wristband.
Everyone can enter with any type of clothing specially designed for bathing (swimsuit, bikini or burkini and shorts or briefs with waterproof fabric).
To access the spa it is mandatory to have your hair up and shower with soap (NEW as of April 2).
Persons with external wounds or with a bandage or cast on any part of the body are not allowed to enter.
