The resort of La Molina is an ideal resort for the whole family, thanks to its 70 km of skiing, divided into 66 marked trails: 19 green, 18 blue, 22 red and 7 black. To get there you have 15 lifts, some of them with a lot of history. Without going any further, did you know that , in 1942, the first ski lift in Spain was inaugurated here, in the Fontcanaleta area? Anyway, there are still more options: following the road that goes up to the Collada de Toses, you will find other car park lots with their own ski lifts. With them, you can go to the Llarga track , in the debutantes area; Roc Blanc , where there is a competition stadium, and Alabaus, which is the freestyle area.

Despite having complicated inivation conditions, with a lot of wind and rather scarce rainfall, La Molina offers a ski season of more than 4 months , thanks to its extensive network of artificial snow cannons. Therefore, you will have the peace of mind of enjoying skiing at the end of the year in La Molina. And if you do not want to go with your car, you can get there from Barcelona with the Railways of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

In your après-ski time, take the opportunity to visit the Mare de Déu de les Neus, an attractive 1926 Neo-Romanesque building with a small bell tower.
