This nice hotel butique was inaugurated in December 2011 and is located in the town of El Serrat, in the Ordino Valley. Each space of the hotel has been taken care of in detail. It combines the charm of traditional mountain, stone and wood constructions, with a contemporary interior and design.
A good option for winter, but also for summer
Its location, 6 kilometers from the ski slopes of Ordino Arcalís , makes this hotel an ideal option to enjoy skiing in winter.
And, during the summer, you can find endless activities in nearby towns, such as trekking or an afternoon of shopping in Andorra la Vella. Or if you prefer, you can relax in the Caldea Spa Centre.

Your spa has a cost of € 21 per person for an hour and a half and is designed for those interested in a few days of skiing and relaxation or to rest after a day in nature or in the capital Andorra la Vella.
SkiBus available!
To access the ski slopes you can use the ski bus service for free . This transport runs from December 22 until April 2 approximately. In addition, in the same municipality there is public transport service to travel through the Principality as well as taxi service.
The approximate cost of the taxi service from El Serrat to Andorra la Vella is € 28.

"It is the closest hotel to slopes. Food and pleasant staff. Being a "relaxing" hotel there is almost no light in the room, there are almost no families and the tranquility throughout the hotel is very pleasant."

"I have been going to this hotel for years and in general I like it, the hotel is renovated and it is comfortable to go skiing."
"Mattresses and pillows were not in the best condition this time. The soundproofing of the rooms is improvable, we did not stop listening to furniture moving and steps (I guess from the room above) all afternoon and finally there are hotel staff who would have to practice their customer service skills, some are extremely friendly and helpful (thanks!) and others are almost unpleasant when it comes to dealing with you."

"Really good. Quality very good price and the hotel closest to the tracks of Arcalís (there are no hotels at the foot of the slopes). Nice and design hotel. Totally advisable. The one in charge of the breakfasts a crack, and the staff very friendly."
