This nice hotel butique was inaugurated in December 2011 and is located in the town of El Serrat, in the Ordino Valley. Each space of the hotel has been taken care of in detail. It combines the charm of traditional mountain, stone and wood constructions, with a contemporary interior and design.

 

A good option for winter, but also for summer

Its location, 6 kilometers from the ski slopes of Ordino Arcalís , makes this hotel an ideal option to enjoy skiing in winter.

And, during the summer, you can find endless activities in nearby towns, such as trekking or an afternoon of shopping in Andorra la Vella. Or if you prefer, you can relax in the Caldea Spa Centre.

SkiBus available!
To access the ski slopes you can use the ski bus service for free . This transport runs from December 22 until April 2 approximately. In addition, in the same municipality there is public transport service to travel through the Principality as well as taxi service.

The approximate cost of the taxi service from El Serrat to Andorra la Vella is € 28.

"1. Regarding the hotel, I found it too expensive for what it offered. The room was quite small for a family of four and the wardrobe clearly insufficient. The bathroom is not at all 4 star superior. There was no brush next to the toilet. In my opinion how courteous would have been to let us have breakfast just 10 minutes before the scheduled time to see that we were in a hurry to leave. This for me, implies that we paid € 288 more for one more night with breakfast. If i had known, we would have left the day before and would have slept in a roadside hotel. 3. I understand that they do not have a 24-hour reception. On sunday at 7:35 we went to pay the 750ml water bottle bill that we took in each of the two dinners, at € 4.80 each (that's why i confirm, excessive quality / price ratio in my opinion) ; the person to whom i asked for the croissants told me that i had to wait at 8:00 a.m. For the boss to arrive. I told him that in no way and agreed to charge us the bill. 4. Children are not allowed in the hotel spa. No doubt discriminatory and distasteful in my opinion.
