The apartments are located in the town of Deux Alps , on the slopes of the ski resort that bears the same name. Right next to the accommodation you have access to the lifts that will allow you to access the slopes quickly and comfortably. The location of the apartments / studios are to be confirmed and you will be confirmed at the time of arrival at the real estate (if you need us to advance the exact location you should contact us and we will do our best). The real estate will try that if there is more than 1 studio or apartment in the same reserve to sign them in the same building, but it cannot be guaranteed , in case of not having availability in the same building it will be that you are located as close as possible.

After skiing all day you can enjoy the commercial and leisure offer of the municipality, as well as its nightlife, all in the center of the resort, a few meters from the apartments.

The apartments are managed by the real estate that we will confirm once we confirm the reservation. When you arrive at the destination, the real estate agency will be in charge of providing you with the keys to your apartments and your ski passes.

Deposit of € 300 to € 600 (depending on the type of apartment) by credit card in your name, where the charge of any damage detected will be authorized in writing.

Rates do not include: sheets, towels, final cleaning or stay rates required by the French government: € 0.9 person / night . Direct payment on arrival.

Final cleaning: The accommodation must be neat and clean, remove the sheets from the beds, empty the garbage, scrub the dishes. In case of not being in conditions, the accommodation can charge the following amounts for final cleaning.

studio for 2 people: € 45 - studio for 3-4 people: € 60 - apartment 6 people: € 75 - apartment 8 people: € 90 - apartment 10 people: € 130 - apartment 14 people: € 165 - apartment 24 people: € 245.

Accommodation distribution:

* Studio occupancy 2 people (13 m2) : fully equipped kitchen (has oven, fridge and electric fires), bathroom and dining room with sofa bed (2 pers).

* Studio occupancy 4 people (30 m2) : fully equipped kitchen (has an oven, refrigerator and electric cooking rings), bathroom, dining room with sofa bed (2 pers), a bunk in the hallway (2 pers) and balcony.

* Apartment occupancy 6 people (40-50 m2): fully equipped kitchen (it has an oven, fridge and electric cooking rings), bathroom, dining room with sofa bed (2 pers), a room with a double bed or two single beds (cannot be chosen), a bunk in the hallway (2 pers) and balcony.

* Apartment occupancy 8 people (50-60 m2): fully equipped kitchen (it has an oven, fridge and electric cooking rings), bathroom, dining room with sofa bed (2 pers), two rooms with a double bed or two single beds (cannot be chosen) and a bunk in the hallway (2 pers).

IMPORTANT:

The entrances to the apartments are until 7:00 p.m. Arrivals later than 7:00 p.m. you will have to call the real estate directly since they close at 7:00 p.m. (the call must be made between 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) the phone will be given to you once we send you your documentation of the travel.
