The residence is located in the new sector of "Bergers" on the mountain of the French Alps in the ski resort itself as well as being very close to the ski lifts (about 150 meters), next to the children's club "Les Eterlous". The resort's shopping center (skating rink, etc.) is 400 meters away.
It is an 8-storey building that houses 120 studios and apartments of different orientation (South-East or South-West) and capacity.

The apartments are oriented to the southeast or southwest. Everyone has a balcony.

Some of them are adapted for people with physical disabilities (upon request and availability). All of them fully equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher, Bathroom, separate WC (except in the apartments equipped for the disabled).

The residence offers renovated apartments and others that are not, in the process of your reservation you can choose the one you prefer, likewise, the distribution is the same.

The distribution of the apartments is as follows:

- 4-seater studio : it has 1 pull-out single bed for two people, a bunk bed for two people, as well as a bathroom and kitchen.

- Apartment with 1 bedroom (4/5 places) : it has a removable bed with single beds for two people, a single bed and a bunk bed with two single beds. In addition to equipped kitchen and bathroom.

- 1 bedroom apartment (6 places) : it has a room with a pull-out bed of single beds for two people, a room with another double bed and a bunk bed for two people. It also has an equipped kitchen and bathroom.

- Apartment with 2 rooms (6/7 seats) : it has a room with a removable bed of single beds for two people and two rooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a bunk bed of two single beds.

Remember: the residence offers additional services to the accommodation. The collection of keys is at the reception of the same building from 4:00 p.m.

Important: It is mandatory to call before 20:00 if you arrive late (phone in the voucher).
At the end of the stay, the apartments must be left clean before 10:00 hours, the final cleaning is included (except kitchen and garbage).

It does not include sheets or towels.

Deposit of € 500 euros (recoverable) and tourist fees (€ 17.50 per person and week), sheets and towels, direct payment at reception (sheets and towels can also be brought from your home).
