This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:

About the accommodation

The Résidence CGH & SPA Lodge Hemera 4 * is located in the center of the town of le Héméra, near the train station of the municipality. It offers an exceptional location in the heart of the resort of La Rosière, a stone's throw from all the amenities of the ski resort. The south-facing residence offers 180° views over the Tarentaise valley and the Arcs domain.

In each apartment you will find the following services:

- Living room with sofa bed (2 single beds), satellite TV, telephone, balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, blender, pressure cooker and toaster).
- Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, towel radiator, hair dryer.
- Separate WC or in the bathroom.

Extra distribution of the apartments according to their capacity:

Apartment 4 persons (1 bedroom) (35 - ^40m2): 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Apartment 6 persons (2 rooms) (50 - 65^m2): 1 room with a double bed + 1 room with 2 separate beds. With extra bathroom (some apartments are duplex).
Apartment 8 persons (3 rooms) ( 70 - 80^m2): 1 room with a double bed + 2 rooms with 2 single beds. With 2 extra bathrooms (some apartments are duplexes).
Duplex 10 persons (4 rooms) (over 100^m2): 2 rooms with a double bed + 2 rooms with 2 single beds. With 2 extra bathrooms.

IMPORTANT

The entrance to the apartments is until 20:00h. Check-in Terms and Conditions later than 20:00h. will have to inform the reception, as they close at that time.

On arrival you will be asked for a deposit of 400€ per apartment or studio. This can be left in cash or by credit card (debit cards are not accepted). This amount will be refunded upon departure if the apartment or studio is in the same condition as at the time of arrival.

A French government tourist tax of 1.5€ per night per person over 13 years of age must also be paid on arrival.

Selection of newspapers at the reception.
Daily weather forecast at the reception.
1 wifi access for the apartment + 1 wifi access in the main areas(possibility of contracting more accesses by paying a surcharge for several devices).
Rental service, games, raclette set, fondue set, etc.
Children's equipment: high chair, crib, biveron warmer, etc.
Beds made up on arrival.
Final cleaning, except for the kitchen.
Ski locker.

Included with additional charge:

Massages, facials, body treatments at the Centre Ô des Cimes, Spa altitude of the CGH Telemark and Nevada residences.
Extra towels (1 hand towel + 1 bath towel) +10€ per kit.
Extra cleaning kit. 8€ per kit.
Covered car park 60€ per week.
Daily bakery service (on request upon arrival).

In the case of requesting a amendment of the booking within 30 days before the start date of the holiday, the accommodation will charge a cancellation fee. Therefore, any amendment is subject to the costs considered appropriate by the service provider.
