The Résidence CGH & SPA Lodge Hemera 4 * is located in the center of the city of le Héméra, near the train resort of the municipality. It offers an exceptional situation in the heart of La Rosière resort, two steps from all the comforts of the ski resort. The south-facing residence has 180º views over the Tarentaise Valley and over the domain of Les Arcs.
In each apartment you can find the following services:
- Living room with sofa bed (2 single beds), satellite TV, telephone, balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, pressure cooker and toaster)
- Bathroom with bathtub, WC, towel radiator, hair dryer.
- Separate toilets or in the bathroom.

The entrances to the apartments are until 8:00 p.m. Arrivals later than 20:00 will have to notify the reception as they close at that time.
Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 400 per apartment or studio. You can leave it in cash or by credit card (debit cards are not allowed). This amount will be returned upon departure if the apartment or studio is in the same state as the entrance.
The French Government's stay rate of € 1.5 per night and person over 13 years must also be paid upon arrival.

In the case of requesting a modification of the reservation within 30 days before the date of commencement of the trip, the accommodation proceeds to invoice an amount in concept of cancellation costs. Therefore, any modification is subject to the costs that the service provider deems appropriate.
