About the accommodation

The Residence Le Nevada is built (2006) in the same line of all the residences of the MGM construction company, with local equipment s (stone and wood) and very good taste and, as it happens in almost all the French resorts, it contrasts with the rest of the old buildings of Tignes Val Claret. Both in its main areas and in its apartments, the decoration with treated wood offers a rustic and antique look and the maroon and greenish tones of its fabrics, upholstery and carpets make this establishment a very cozy place. The establishment also has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath and Gym.

The Residence Le Nevada has a reception with a lounge with fireplace, television, message service and "meteo", games lending service, raclette and "fondue" appliances, daily press, elevators, elevators, elevators, and a restaurant.daily newspapers, elevators, luggage room, laundry (for a fee), bakery and pastry service at the reception, Internet corner (for a fee), ski lockers and car park (limited and for a fee).

Services with surcharge: Final cleaning (ask at reception) and beauty and health center "Aquatonic" and other services for babies (chair for meals, barriers for beds and special sheets). Pets allowed (60€ per pet per stay).

IMPORTANT :

The entrance to the apartments is until 20:00h. Check-in Terms and Conditions later than 20:00h will have to notify the reception as they close at that time.

Not included:

On arrival you will be asked for a deposit of 400€ per apartment or studio. This can be left in cash or by credit card (debit cards are not accepted). This amount will be refunded upon departure if the apartment or studio is in the same condition as at the time of arrival.

The French government tourist tax must also be paid on arrival.

In the case of requesting a amendment of the booking within 30 days before the start date of the holiday, the accommodation will charge a cancellation fee. Therefore, any amendment is subject to the costs considered appropriate by the service provider.
