About the accommodation

Access to the slopes of Espace Killy at the foot of the residence, warmly decorated to satisfy every way, maximum sunlight and a friendly atmosphere to relax better.

Ideal to go with family or friends, Tignes is the gateway to one of the largest French ski areas: the Espace Killy. For your holiday we offer two-room apartments for 4 people to 4 rooms for 8 people, fully equipped and luxurious.

They also have access to our Spa Ô Des Cimes residence Nevada (300m) and enjoy free access to the indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and cardio room.

In each apartment:
- Living room with sofa bed (2 single beds), satellite TV, telephone, balcony.
- Fully equipped (4 ring stove, oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, mixer, pressure cooker and toaster) Kitchen
- Bathroom with bath, WC, heated towel rail, hairdryer.
- WC separate or in the bathroom.

Extra layout of the apartments according to their capacity:

Apartment 4 people (1 room) (40-45 m2): 1 room with 2 beds.
Apartment 6 people (2 rooms) (55-65 m2): 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds. (Some apartments are duplex)
Apartment 8 people (2 bedrooms + 1 cabin) (70 m2): 1 room with a double bed + 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds + 1 cabin with bunk bed for 2 persons + 1 extra bathroom + 1 or 2 extra toilets.
Apartment for 8 persons (3 bedrooms) (70-75 m2): 1 room with double bed + 2 bedrooms with 2 single + 1 extra bathroom + 1 or 2 extra beds WC.

The accommodation has several buildings, apartments FLOCON that are closer to the access tracks and are more new and, estandart that are closer to the reception and heated pool.

IMPORTANT:

The entrances to the apartments are up to 20: 00h. Arrivals later than the 20: 00h will have to notify reception as they close at that time.

On arrival you will be asked for a deposit of 400 € per apartment or studio. This will be able to leave it in cash or by credit card (not debit cards are supported). This amount will be refunded upon departure if the apartment or studio is in the same state of the input.

It should also be payable on arrival tax the French government is € 2.48 per night per person older than 18 years.

It includes:

towels and sheets.
Entrance to SPA and fitness Nevada CGH residences or Telemark.
Selection of newspapers at the reception.
Daily weather forecast at the reception.
1 wifi access for the apartment + 1 wifi in public areas. (Hiring more access for multiple devices).
Rental service, games, Raclet apparatus, fondue apparatus, etc.
Child equipment: high chair, cot, biveron heater, etc.
Beds are ready on arrival.
Final cleaning, excluding the kitchen.
Ski-storage.

It includes an additional charge:

Massages, facials, body treatments at the Centre O des Cimes, Spa Altitude of residdencias CGH Telemark and Nevada.
Extra towels (1 towel + 1 bath towel) + € 10 per kit.
Extra cleaning kit. € 8 per kit.
Parquin covered € 70 per week.
Daily bakery service. (On request on arrival)
Pool table.

In case of amending your booking during the 30 days prior to your booking date, the accommodation shall charge a cancellation fee. Therefore, bare in mind that any amendment is subject to charge.
