More than a residence, "Kalinda Village", as the name suggests, a true village in the heart of the new core of Espace Killy, Tignes 1800. The old road up to the Tignes resort has been converted into a new ski slope whereby the skiers will arrive directly at the residence.
It is located right next to the new "Les Boisses" gondola with 8 people that allows access to the rest of the resort in a few minutes.
In addition, there is an area that is specially designed for beginners: the new village has been specially designed for families!
Offering stone and wood chalets, you will love Kalinda Residence. You will enjoy the great reception, lounges with fireplace and everything at your disposal, and the exclusive concierge service to meet all your expectations. To relax, let yourself be impressed by the wellness area and especially with the pool area and games designed exclusively for children, and the center Ô Des Cimes that will bring the whole family beauty treatments and massages.
In each apartment:
- Living room with sofa bed (2 single beds), satellite TV, telephone, balcony.
- Fully equipped kitchen (4 ring ceramic hob, oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, kettle, blender, pressure cooker and toaster)
- Bathroom with bath, toilet, towel radiator, hair dryer.
- Separate toilets or in the bathroom.
Extra distribution of apartments according to their capacity:
- Apartment for 4 people (1 room) (35 - 40 m2): 1 room with 2 beds.
- Apartment for 6 people (2 rooms):
- Silver (40-45 m2): 1 room with a double bed + 1 room with 2 separate beds.
- Gold (55 - 60 m2): 1 room with a double bed + 1 room with 2 separate beds + 1 bathroom with extra shower. (some apartments are duplex)
- Apartment for 8 people (3 rooms) (65-75 m2): 1 room with a double bed + 2 rooms with 2 separate beds + 1 extra bathroom + 1 or 2 extra WC. ( Some apartments are duplex) .
- Apartment for 10 people (4 rooms) (90 - 95 m2): 2 rooms with double bed + 2 rooms with 2 separated beds + 1 extra bathroom + 1 or 2 WC extras. (Some apartments are duplex).
IMPORTANT:
The entrances to the apartments are until 8:00 p.m. Arrivals later than the 20:00 h will have to notify the reception as they close at that time.
Upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 400 per apartment or studio. You can leave it in cash or with a credit card (debit cards are not allowed). This amount will be returned on departure if the apartment or studio is in the same state of the entrance.
The Tourist Tax of the French government, which is € 2.48 per night and a person over 13 years of age, must also be paid upon arrival.

Included with additional charge:
- Massages, facials, body treatments at the Center O des Cimes, Altitude Spa in the same residence.

- Extra cleaning kit. € 8 per kit.
- Parquin covered € 60 per week.
- Pets: € 60 per week for cleaning or € 15 per night for stays of less than 7 nights.

In the case of requesting a modification of the reservation within 30 days before the start date of the trip, the accommodation must invoice an amount in concept to cancellation costs. Therefore, any modification is subject to the costs that the service provider considers appropriate.

"The location is perfect, at the foot of the track. The apartment was well maintained and clean."

"The apartment area is very quiet. Great comfort and excellent location to get access to the ski slopes. There is a supermarket of authentic style in less than a minute walking and a store for rent and sale of ski equipment with superimble staff. Also 2 restaurants perfect for dinner. If you want ski classes, you can also book and start the apartments on foot."
