Property Distribution:

* Study occupancy 4 persons (25 m2) fully equipped kitchen (with an oven, refrigerator and electric cooking stove), bathroom, dining room with sofa bed (2 pers), a bunk in the hall (2 pers.)

* Apartment occupancy 6 persons (30 m2) fully equipped kitchen (with an oven, refrigerator and electric cooking stove), bathroom, dining room with sofa bed (2 pers), a room with a double bed or two single beds (not you can choose), a bunk in the hall (2 pers) and balcony.

 

Deposit € 400 deposit by credit card in your name, where authorized in writing by any damage is detected.

Rates do not include: sheets, towels or stay rates required by the French government: 0.9 € person / night. Direct payment at arrival.

IMPORTANT:

The entrances to the apartments until 17:00 h. Arrivals later than 19:00 h will have to directly call the realtor and they close at 19:00 pm (the call should be made between 17h-18h).
