Thank you for your comments! We will try to improve in what we can. But at no time do we turn off the Wi-Fi or the heater since, as you say, it is too cold and we will not let customers go cold. Because of the cleanliness issue, I can assure you that the rooms are cleaned every day. Then for breakfast and dinner for a two-star hotel and the price paid is more than enough a breakfast in which you have juices, milk, sausages, bread (and a toaster to toast it), croissants, iogurt, coffee, etc. And at dinner having 4 or 5 dishes to choose from in a free buffet. "I want to highlight the hotel staff, it is very attentive and friendly. The location is comfortable since two blocks away is the stop to take the bus to the center of Andorra or the funibus that takes you to the grandvalira funicular."
"The beds are really very uncomfortable, mainly the "matrimonial" which is too small and you sink in the middle. Then we changed from room to room with two separate beds that was better, but we also stuck the springs. On the other hand the breakfast was quite incomplete."
