"The first day the television did not work, until they changed it the next day, the second day they did not make the room or change the towels, and the rest of the days they were coming in at 7:30 in the morning to make the room! There is a lot of cleanliness in addition to many repairs, the room had no windows, there is a lot of noise at night in the corridors, which makes it impossible to sleep, without the staff doing anything to remedy it, the bad food in general, nothing was saved of all the buffet, its price is excessive for the service that is lousy"
