"The room had no heating, after complaining 2 days we only got an electric radiator. The parking is € 24 a day. And on Sunday we are forced to leave before 4:30 p.m., we can not take advantage of the full day of skiing. The spa is for a fee, ... Let's say any other hotel in the resort is better."

"We stayed in the melia sun and snow. We had to change rooms due to the excessive noise that children and babies make in the rooms and in the corridors. The rooms are very close and very poorly insulated, everything is heard and this prevents rest well. And resting on vacation is paramount."
