"The food at dinner was great. Room was clean and bathroom was quite nice with a tube and a separate shower."
"The kids swimming pool is really small and was packed. Kids under 16 not allowed in the spa area.
It was windy on our last day and we tried to postpone the lift tickets but it was denied. The snow is really bad these days so Esquiades should be more flexible with the customers. My wife is still learning and my soon is only 6 years old. With poor snow and windy conditions is not for everyone..."

Bartender, Jamal, was a joy to chat with. Very happy and great conversation.
If choosing a hotel room, ask for rooms with even numbers as they have the best views."

"The treatment of staff is excellent. Very attentive and flexible problem solving. The kids had a great time at the spa. Both the dinner and breakfast were well complete. The price of wine is reasonable. Parking for the car is comfortable, outside in front of the hotel. The free ski storage."
"It was very hot in the rooms (maybe 25-27 degrees), and you can not regulate the temperature. We slept with the window open, so that the temperature should be around 15 degrees, which pleases me to sleep."
