"Muchissimo noise and unbearable at night of music and blows that retunvan the whole building (comes from football on the bar). I'm looking for a solution in reception and there is no way for any hotel staff to appear. Unbearable, we will never see again!"

"Hotel was central to most of the pubs & restaurants. It was also a 2 min walk to the Ski Lift to resort ."
"Very noisey at night. A random bell went off constantly through out the night and early morning. Hotel walls made of paper , no insulation which led to hearing every car/van passing by to be heard . Room uncomfortably warm. Breakfast was of poor quality."

"Correct location and correct treatment on the part of all its employees. This hotel is conveniently located just meters from the Arinsal-Vallnord cable car."
"In our case, we touched one of the rooms in the attic (3rd floor), the ceiling of the room was irregular and with little height, and therefore uncomfortable for the elderly. On the other hand, the labavo was fine even if the bathtub had the sloping ceiling and you could not be comfortable because you had to stay in the area with the highest ceiling and stay curved because the curtain of the bathtub had pores And it is muffled the rest of the sink. Last but not least, the wi-fi did not arrive in our room, it was lost on the 1st floor."
