The 4-star Hotel Cérvol is located in Andorra la Vella, about a 20-minute walk from the shopping area.
If you are skiing, you can ski either in the Grandvalira Ski Resort (the nearest access is Encamp) or Vallnord Ski Resort (nearest access is the cable car in La Massana to Pal-Arinsal). Both resorts are about a 15-20-minutes drive.
There are 93 rooms, a cafeteria and a restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast and dinner. There is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Want to relax? There is an area with gym, sauna and Turkish bath. And there also is a game room with pool table and other games. Great if you are travelling with children!
If you are a skier, there are ski lockers free of charge (10€ deposit for the key). The hotel offers 2 car parks: in the same building, there's an indoor car park (limited spaces and extra charge) and, behind the hotel, there's an outdoor car park (limited spaces and extra charge).

"The food was varied and good, the cafeteria staff friendly but not the reception."
"The rooms opened onto a patio with light (closed with windows on the top) and with a separation of the wall with rooms opposite of just one meter, which made the stay a bit overwhelming. The heat in the rooms and in the hotel in general but especially in the rooms was unbearable, you could not regulate the heating since even with the heaters closed the heat always came from the pipes that led the hot water since they were without isolate. In one of the rooms the smell of the bathroom was quite unpleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The mattresses (besides that in 4 of the 5 rooms that we had were single beds) were very bad, the springs were noticeable, I was sleeping the first 3 days, waking up all night since I had to change my position because of the uncomfortable ones . It is the second year that we are going and the previous time we had rooms with a balcony that faced the outside and we liked it a lot but this year with the rooms that we touched we will not repeat. For the same price, even for less, I stayed in other better hotels for years."

"The best table football and that being 8 gave us the bottle of champagne instead of a glass. The food is fine but the desserts can almost be saved for what there is (if a little ice cream is left it is salvageable). At least it's clean, you can eat a lot and the bed is comfortable."

"The food leaves a lot, a lot, a lot to be desired. We had breakfast included and I can say that I have not seen a hotel with less letter than this, ALL the holy days had scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fried bacon, fried sausages (which I think they just heated from one day to another) croissants, palmeritas of sugar and one more sweet (these last ones put them from one day to another and also they sell them in the bar as "dessert"). The room ... Bad in all aspects, very old furniture (I think it has not changed since the '80s) so there is a smell of antiquity that archeologists will soon come looking for the remains of ancient civilizations, the mattress makes very much noise even when sitting. The "cleaning" could say that it does not exist, you change the towels as much and you "pick up the bed", otherwise, that room has not seen a damp cloth since they furnished it. In general it has been a very bad experience and that we were only going to sleep, shower and little else. He says he has 4 stars, but he has 3 left over."

"The rooms had a very, very, very unpleasant smell, they were very dirty and part of the furniture was broken and left. When I went to the reception to ask them to please change the room, they answered that they had everything full and that it was not possible. I was not very lucky either to ask for a little air freshener. Finally they gave me a bottle of glass cleaner, which supposedly had been filled with air freshener, but it was not able to eliminate the smell of closed, stale, damp and tobacco. It can not be recommended."

"In general it is an acceptable hotel and the price is competitive. The room assigned was very spacious and the bathroom was very good, the daily cleaning very good. Breakfasts and dinners are also acceptable (although seeing other opinions, it seems that there are people expect gala dinners in a simple hotel). I would consider it perfectly for a next visit."
"Some annoying noise at night (we had in front of industrial air conditioners). Some groups were quite annoying sharing their shabby music at full volume for all the dining tables. The parking is expensive, but beware, it can be * very * complicated to park in the area, even just leave the car next to the hotel to load / unload material."
