"Personal treatment and check-in. 30 min from Pal Arinsal."
"The pool was cold, a unique jacuzzi, you have to take the car to go to the spa, small sauna ... The ski lockers are very simple (we were not too sure to leave them there), luckily they were free (deposit of € 10). The room was fine but they could have given us one with better views (there were few people in the hotel). Overall score of 5."

"Very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of patience with children in the restaurant. Good wifi in rooms. In the spa children they pass it very well. It has a small pool with warmer water, maybe 30-35 degrees, which is very nice."

"The hotel wifi works and even in the rooms was unable to connect. In the restaurant they charge for water filled in bottles, not bottled water. The transfer offered to go to Grandvalira no time or breakfast, have only one round around all day, while Vallnord if they have several times. These are things that in my opinion do not understand for a 4 stars."

"The food, rooms are very good."
"The hotel staff is very disorganized when we arrived we did not want to book transfer, insitimos and accepted but awhen we came for had not informed them that we were going to Grandvalira, thanks to drivers who were very friendly coordinated between them to take .At the next day we canceled the reservation at night due to bad weather and did not inform the conductor.El spa was saturated, and a lot of people relaxing at all."
