La limpieza muy bien El personal, de admisiones y de limpieza, muy agradables y con ganas de ayudar.

The room-- when we arrived there were no towels, said it was a problem of laundry, as they were brought notify, that if all sink and no bathroom. The third day of our stay there was also no towels at 16 hours. The fixtures in the bathroom were scarce, only a gel-shampoo, shower cap and soap for everyone, we forgot a toothbrush and had to buy them, usually in four-star hotels are also provided toothbrush The .. saw television antenna 3, the sixth and some foreign, the remote did not work nothing more than to turn on and off, in the room of my children only worked TV1- The last day we could not stay because one of the kids broke one doll, we left the hotel almost 24 hours before the scheduled time, but still we were charged 1.5 euros for the car safe .. La habitación-- cuando llegamos no había toallas, dijeron que era un problema de la lavandería, en cuanto avisamos nos las trajeron, eso si, todas de lavabo y ninguna de baño. El tercer día de nuestra estancia tampoco había toallas a las 16 horas. Los enseres del baño eran escasos, únicamente un gel-champú, un gorro de baño y pastilla de jabón para cada uno, se nos olvidó un cepillo de dientes y tuvimos que comprarlos, normalmente en los hoteles de cuatro estrellas dispones de cepillo de dientes La televisión.. veía antena 3, la sexta y algunas extranjeras, el mando no funcionaba nada mas que para encender y apagar, en la habitación de mis hijos solo funcionaba TV1- El último día no nos pudimos quedar porque uno de los niños se fracturó una muñeca, salimos del hotel casi 24 horas antes de la hora prevista, pero aun así nos cobraron 1,5 euros por el alquiler de la caja fuerte.. Ya sé que no es su problema que yo tenga que dejar el hotel antes, pero quizás este detalle les hubiera mejorado- El aparcamiento no era el del hotel porque estaba completo, era al aire libre, el de la Alhambra, al menos eso si, nos cobraron a precio del hotel. Los desayunos escasos y con poca variedad diaria. Escogimos este hotel por el precio y la situación, aunque queda a unos metros del centro se puede ir paseando o con autobús, pero sobre todo parecía que las vistas eran preciosas, hacia la Alhambra, pues nuestras dos habitaciones daban a un patio, las ventanas opacas, pero mejor así porque las vistas eran deprimentes. En fin, no me gustó el hotel, no lo volveré a elegir
