"At breakfast cogi frank with water and put it on my desk, I got a fairly unfriendly and uneducated waitress, I take it off and told me that the service was buffet, and therefore I had to lift each that needed water. I asked four times a bottle of mineral water and in them I denied it. I went to complain to the manager (to call it somehow) and gave the waitress reason. Even the lady at reception also gave reason to the waitress. I have not seen so much incompetence reflected in the staff room, address and receiving in my life. I have two hotels, three farms wedding and several restaurants, and I have never denied water to anyone, let you think the water is not denied or your enemy. The next day I ordered a bottle of water and brought me no problem, I understand that must be included in the price, as they charge € 6 per person."

"Hotel deteriorated to have about 10 years. Wait 20 minutes to get into room even though we arrived at 14:00. Room; cleaning deficient in both bedroom and bathroom and other facilities (elevator inclusive); cleaning the bathroom it was claimed by email the day of entry, however was not carried out more than maintenance problems shower and casement window, leaving the bathroom without properly. On the third day of stay we had to claim by phone cleaning the room at 20:00. In all these efforts the room phone did not work. It was necessary to call from the phone and personally down to reception. Room smelling of snuff. They do not discriminate between smoking and non-smoking.
