The Aparthotel Ona Dorada is a spectacular apartment complex, built in stone and wood at the foot of the wonderful El Tarter mountains.

Apartamento amplio y bien equipado perfecto para 2/4 personas. A 15 minutos andando de pistas y 3 minutos en coche.
The car park (for a fee) has very steep ramps and a low ceiling. If you have a short car you will play on the bass. If it is tall and you have a ski rack, watch the roof.
El parquing (de pago), tiene unas rampas muy inclinadas y con techo bajo. Si tienes un coche bajito tocaras en los bajos. Si es alto y llevas porta esquís vigila el techo.

Bad management of the garage space. Three days in advance they told me by mail that they had places available. Four hours after arriving they told me they had none left. When I arrived after insisting several times they rented me one. I think with the first email showing my interest in renting, they could have booked one and saved us all the conversation afterwards. Especially because it is an upselling, additional payment service. Paying because a single device can connect to the high-speed Wi-Fi line is not correct nor does it keep up with the progress and improvement of services. We have paid 20 euros for 7 days, we have stayed 4 nights. It is not the money, because I understand that an additional service is charged. It is the fact that with an advanced data system and in which the Internet is like water, a necessary resource, that they are so stingy that only one device can be connected, it is inefficient and ridiculous management. I hired him because I had to work and I didn't want to run out of data. Luckily there were only two of us and only one really needed it. But a family that goes with children who have to work and also their children study and connect to the university or college platform for notes, it is an abuse to pay per device and I insist that it is unnecessary at the level of network systems. On the other hand, the water came out brown and you had to let it run for a while. If they put a note explaining that it is something common due to the residues of natural mountain water, it would have been a great help.
Mala gestión de la plaza de garaje. Con tres dias de antelación me dijeron por correo que tenían plazas disponibles. A cuatro horas de llegar me dijeron que ya no les quedaba ninguna. Cuando llegué después de insistir varias veces me alquilaron una. Creo que con el primero correo mostrando mi interés por alquilar, podrían haber reservado una y ahorrarnos toda la conversación de después. Sobre todo porque es un upselling, servicio adicional de pago. Pagar porque un solo dispositivo se pueda conectar a la línea wifi de alta velocidad no es correcto ni está a la altura del progreso y mejora de los servicios. Hemos pagado 20 euros por 7 días, hemos estado 4 noches. No es el dinero, porque un servicio adicional entiendo que se cobre . Es el hecho de que con un sistema de datos avanzado y en el que Internet es como el agua, un recurso necesario, que sean tan tacaños de que sólo un dispositivo se pueda conectar, es de gestión ineficiente y ridícula. Lo contraté porque tenía que trabajar y no quería quedarme sin datos. Suerte que éramos sólo dos y sólo uno lo necesitaba de verdad. Pero una familia que va con hijos que tienen que trabajar y además los hijos estudiar y conectarse a la plataforma de la universidad o colegio para los apuntes, es un abuso pagar por dispositivo e insisto que innecesario a nivel de sistemas de red. Por otro lado, el agua salía marrón y había que dejarla correr un rato. Si ponen una nota explicando que es algo habitual por los residuos del agua natural de montaña, hubiera sido de gran ayuda.

The accesses to the apartments, the worst of the worst. All stairs with ice. That they do not have a reception on Sundays or holidays and you cannot check-in by any computer means. We got a good price because they had last minute cancellations but in snow season rates they are expensive for the service and the location they have. The advertisement of the fireplace in the apartments can be omitted because it cannot be used.
Los accesos a los apartamentos, lo peor de lo peor. Todo escaleras con hielo. Que No tengan recepción los domingos o festivos y no puedas hacer check-in por ningún medio informático. Nosotros pillamos un buen precio porque habían tenido anulaciones de ultima hora pero en tarifas de temporada de nieve son caros para el servicio y la ubicación que tienen. El anuncio de la chimenea en los apartamentos la pueden omitir porque no se puede hacer uso de ella.
