"Nice building. Free wifi very acceptable. 500 meters from the El Tarter sector of Grandvalira. Good heating. Cleansed."
"They did not confirm parking despite having requested it by email and even asking us about makes and models. The coffee machine would be appreciated if it were capsules for greater simplicity"

"I recommend the apartments are great, fully equipped (except oven), they are spacious and clean (we were from Sunday to Sunday and they came on Wednesday to clean). The reception staff is very friendly, as they had availability they assigned us a better apartment than we had to cover requests. We had problems with the parking space a couple of days because another client used ours (larger because if the car does not enter) instead of his and they solved it at the moment, as long as you catch the open reception. The places to park on the street are very few, so it is advisable to rent the place in the garage especially if it snows because it can get very complicated. You have to climb enough stairs to access the apartments so be careful with carrying heavy luggage. We were lucky and unfortunate that it was all snowy, it was beautiful but if you have to load and unload your luggage you can be a little tired from the amount of stairs. They have free and premium Wi-Fi option (for a fee), we stayed with the free one all week and it was going well, although it is true that we had the reception just below. In less than 10 minutes you can reach the funicular of the Tarter on foot if you do... not mind climbing the slope to return after a day of skiing."
"There is not much bad to say. The worst is the parking issue: although they have specific places for large cars, they are limited (we found our place occupied for two days and we had to look for life ...) The climb to the floors is quite steep and with sharp bends, quite difficult to maneuver The bed base sounds a lot, we had to throw the mattress on the floor because we couldn't sleep with the noise."

"It is very well located, very close to the cable car and incredible views."
"My partner and I left very unhappy from there. First of all, we were given a room with two single beds, which we were not informed or specified when making the reservation. Although it was the fault of Esquiades and not the hotel, that left us quite unhappy. Second, on the last day, we had to leave the room keys from 10 to 11. While we dressed quietly at 9:20 in the morning to collect everything, the cleaning service opened the door without notifying us while we dressed, something that left us completely in shok and very angry. Apart from what seemed like we were going to throw before the time, to finish off, we had to make two trips to get things to the car. When we returned to collect the rest of the things, the woman was already inside the room while our things were still inside, and not only that, she dedicated herself to moving them to clean up. It seems to me a huge disrespect. Not only did I not notify to enter when we are inside, but also not to ask permission and move my backpack with the laptop inside, which was on the bed and anything could have happened. My assessment of this hotel is appalling."

"Right price. Right apartment, somewhat old, but correct."
"The apartment has very bad access. You can not reach him with the car, very important fact to keep in mind if you are loaded with luggage, ski equipment and for more emotion, with a baby carriage. It is accessed either by stairs (the first section can be done by elevator, but the last access to the square, are stairs) or by a pedestrian street, which during our stay was quite snowy, so go through there With the stroller, the suitcase and the skis, we found it quite heavy."

"The apartments."
"Parking was reserved and could not be used since the roof was too low. The maximum height should be indicated in advance. That they do not have free wifi, especially in Andorra where there is no European roaming, is surprising. The reception hours are too small. There was a problem with the delivery of ski passes (responsibility of skis, not the hotel)."

Esquiades.com

Hugo, we apologize for the delay in the delivery of the passes. The weekend deal is done on Friday afternoon. That same Friday, the companions had an incident during the tour that did not allow them to arrive in time to deliver them to your accommodation, which is why they took them the next morning. They left very early but found a complicated traffic and this was the reason for the delay. We really are very sorry. We will do our best not to happen again. Thank you for dedicating your time and, above all, thank you for your trust. Regards, The Esquiades.com team

"Very comfortable and complete apartment, there was a welcome kit (milk, juice, toast, butter, jam, sugar and coffee and infusions). Very close to the slopes, from the balcony you can see the Tarter cable car. Parking with ski storage (small car € 8 day and large € 10)."
"Difficult parking on the street. It is very close to the slopes but not like to walk (it is important), so the car is necessary, there is no transfer service to the slopes, which would be very practical."

"Very quiet place"
"The apartments are good for two people. For three or four people are insufficient, there is no space to leave things and to go to the bathroom you have to go through the room. When opening the sofa-bed (uncomfortable to sleep) there is no room left for anything. Under these conditions at least the price per person should be less than the price for occupancy with only two people. In addition, the apartment that touched us leaked something radiator from the bathroom and the floor was always wet"
